What shipping methods are available?

Our products are shipped from New Jersey, USA. We exclusively use USPS for all our shipping.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do.

How long will it take to get my package?

At Lifeobject, we don’t keep inventory. Every piece we make—whether a vase, tableware, or a peice of jewelry—is crafted to order, specifically for you. As such manufacturing time varies for each product as well as the speed you choose for shipping at checkout. However, we strive to have your product manufactured and shipped between 3 days to 3 weeks. We’ll of course keep you in the loop throughout.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept the following methods of payment: WooPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay as well as all major credit cards.


Orders

How do I track my order?

There are various ways to check the status of you order. You can use our order tracking system found here: https://www.lifeobject.com/order-tracking/. Additionally during the checkout process you get a USPS tracking number.

How can I return a product?

At Lifeobject, each piece is made to order—created with intention, and only when you choose it. Because of this, we don’t accept returns for change of mind. We hope you understand—this is how we avoid waste, overproduction, and excess.

But if something isn’t right—if your object arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect—we’ll make it right. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to get in touch. If the issue is ours, we’ll replace the item or issue a full refund. That’s our quiet guarantee.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You do not need to create an account if you do not want to.

How can I cancel my order?

As we make everything to order we cannot accept cancellations when production has started. However, please email us at orders@lifeobject.com and we can discuss.
